In the purchase of any real estate, it is important that you have the utmost confidence and trust in the agent representing you. The purchase of a house is probably the most important financial decision you will make in your lifetime and it is important that you sleep at night. If you don't feel comfortable with the listing agent, by all means take a time out and contact someone who will represent your interests solely.
